United Airlines Employee Relief Fund The United Airlines Employees' Relief Fund (UAERF) is a non-profit, tax-exempt charitable organization created by employees to offer short-term support to fellow employees, retirees and eligibles who suffer losses from natural disasters and personal tragedies. The UAERF is supported solely by employee donations, which are accepted throughout the year. When creating the UAERF, United pledged that all monies contributed by employees would be used to assist other employees.
