Look Who's Talking - Flight Attendants at LAX, system-wide, and outside have taken notice! Thanks for the support and praises for your site! We built it - you came to it...keep in touch with AFALAX.org and continue telling everyone about it!
Our site is maintained by Flight Attendants for Flight Attendants since December 28, 2005 -- communication at LAX is the key to our success. We appreciate all of your emails and hope you've noticed YOUR suggestions and comments all over our site!

The only reason I was prepared with the right questions in meeting with a supervisor is thanks to you and the AFALAX website. Vital info is quickly and easily available at ANY flight attendants' fingertips.

Thank you Darren and your office for putting together this website. I am going on a medical leave and having all the forms needed right there at my finger tips to download. Is making this leave a lot easier to deal with. In finding the link to the medical forms I needed I was able to search some of the other links you have available. Wow!! The information you have on here is amazing. You have basically covered every detail we need for LAX and our job. I only hope other flight attendants take the time to play around on the site. The education they will equip themselves with will only help them with our job and help them KNOW THEIR RIGHTS! Thank you again for your Hard Work!
I'm sitting here reading the "heads up" about scheduling contract violations (from the AFALAXNEWS e-newsletter) and realized how important your e-mails are to me. Though I carry my contract, know and read thru it and have flown for almost 40 years as a purser, I still learn (or my brain gets refreshed) about something every time I read your communications. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am glad to see FAs using the power of e-mail and notifying our local AFA volunteers of contractual violations. If everyone would e-mail and document when the company does not come through with what they have agreed to in the Contract, it would strengthen our cause. I commend every FA who calls and e-mails to alert AFA so something can be done. Thank you! At least someone is listening and AFA is trying. When the TSA mandates changed due to the most recent threat, the AFA LAX site gave the most up to date information. Thank you for getting back to me on my questions right away and for all that you do.
